Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern all services provided by SixthPin GmbH, operating under the brand Up4Growth, including coaching, workshops, training programs, and digital learning services delivered via Up4Growth.CH.

By using our services, you agree to these T&C.

2. Services Offered

Up4Growth provides professional development offerings including:

• Personal coaching
• Career coaching
• Leadership coaching
• Corporate trainings & workshops
• Productivity, well-being, and skills development programs

Services may be delivered online, in person, or hybrid.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made online or via direct contact.

Prices are listed in CHF unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due immediately upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For corporate clients, separate contractual terms may apply.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual Clients

Cancellations made 48 hours before the session - no charge.

Cancellations within 48 hours - 100% fee applies.

Corporate Trainings

For workshops/trainings cancelled less than 14 days before the event - 50% of the fee.

For cancellations within 7 days - 100% of the fee.

No refunds for completed services or no-shows.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session. We will try to accommodate based on availability.

6. Responsibilities & Disclaimer

Coaching is a professional support process but not therapy, medical advice, or counselling.

Clients remain responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.

Up4Growth assumes no liability for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, slides, documents, and frameworks are the exclusive property of SixthPin GmbH.

They may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and GDPR where applicable.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Amendments

SixthPin GmbH reserves the right to update these T&C at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on Up4Growth.CH.
